No One Wants to Talk About Immigration Backlogs

Has the U.S. Immigration System reach its breaking point?  Things has never been this way before. The immigration courts now have more than 800,000 pending cases; each one takes an average of 700 days to process. And because laws and court rulings aimed at protecting children prohibit jailing young people for more than 20 days, families are often simply released into nowhere.

The immigration situation has now become a crisis. The wait time for immigrant and non immigration visas have nearly tripled. The standards for prevailing are becoming increasingly more complicated.

  1. Trump has made everything more difficult!! We need more trustworthy and quality immigration law firms like Glassman Law. Having good representation is key to winning immigration reliefs, especially these days!
