Brad Glassman is a partner in the law firm of Glassman & Gadaleta and specializes in immigration and real estate matters. Brad was born in New York, NY and presently resides in Tarrytown, New York. FRANK GADALETA

Frank Gadaleta was born in New York, NY and presently resides in Rye, New York. Frank is a graduate of Binghamton University (B.A., 1992) and Pace University School of Law (J.D., 1995, cum laude). He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut (1995); New York (1996); and U.S. District Court (1996), Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Frank has been a partner of the firm since 2001, specializing in immigration and real estate law. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association (ABA) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Real Property Law Division.

SCOTT D’ALOISE

Scott D’Aloise is Of Counsel to the firm and represents clients throughout New York and New Jersey in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions. His advice relates to negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and financing matters for land owners, developers and individuals. Scott also handles general corporate and business transactional matters on behalf of his clients. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University (B.S., 1992) and Pace University School of Law (J.D., 1995, cum laude). He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (1995); New York (1996); and the U.S. District Court (1996), Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Real Property Law Division and the the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). Scott is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hudson County.
